Wagos Dashboards

The home for Wagos custom spreadsheet dashboards, grouped under the Wagos Dashboards section of the Dashboards app. Ships the Technician Productivity dashboard for managing technician productivity inside a department.

• Technician × Work-Category matrix — Fixed Price, Timesheets, Total Billable, Internal, Unbilled, Travel, Time Off, Training, Demo & Proposals and Total hours per technician for the selected month.
• Unbilled — hours delivered to a paying customer with no Sales Order Item attached, so they can never be invoiced. An expandable drill-down (Technician → Project → Task, biggest first) names who logged the hours and against which job, so the missing SO line can be chased.
• Utilization %, Occupancy % & Billable Mix % — measured against available capacity: an editable monthly benchmark (7.5 hrs/day ≈ 165 hrs/month) minus that technician's Time Off, so leave never reads as under-utilisation. Colour-scaled, with an on-sheet column guide.
• Internal Work — the companion drill-down for genuine internal time, same Technician → Project → Task breakdown. Both drill-downs sit to the right of the matrix.
• Department filter — defaults to Support + Management.
