Wagos Partner Engagement
Last Contact and Last Transaction dates on customers, with stale-customer filters
Wagos Partner Engagement
Find the customers nobody has spoken to in months — from the Contacts list you already use.
Odoo tells you what is due next. It never tells you who has gone quiet. This module adds the missing half: a Last Contact column on Contacts, and the filters to work it.
Two dates, deliberately separate
- Last Contact — the last time somebody actually spoke to them: a completed call, meeting or to-do, a message sent to or received from them, or a 3CX phone call.
- Last Transaction — the most recent confirmed sales order or posted customer invoice.
Keeping them apart is the whole point. A customer on a standing order can buy from you every month while nobody has called in two years, and the Buying but Not Spoken To filter isolates exactly that account — the one that looks perfectly healthy in every other report.
What counts as contact
Completed activities and customer-facing messages. An internal “Log note” does not count — that is somebody talking about the customer, not to them. Neither do marketing blasts, automated invoice sends, or field-tracking notifications.
Everything rolls up to the company: a conversation with a member of staff counts for the company they work for, and only the company ever lands on a follow-up list.
How it works
A nightly scan fills both dates. It reads completed activities from the chatter rather than from the activity records themselves, because Odoo deletes an activity once it is marked done — which means this module works retroactively over years of existing history, with no configuration and nothing for the team to change.
What it does not do
Nothing automatic. No activities are scheduled on your behalf, no emails are sent, no records are created. It reports; your sales team decides.
