The home for all Wagos customisations of the Inventory (stock) printed documents, kept in version control instead of Odoo Studio.
Key Features
- Blank Signature and Date ruled lines on the Delivery Note, for signing by hand on delivery.
- Shown only when no electronic signature was captured — a signed delivery still prints the captured signature image.
- A Hardware Warranty Terms & Conditions page appended to outgoing deliveries.
- Warranty terms are suppressed on vendor receipts and internal transfers, where they do not apply.
- Implemented as standard view inheritance, so Odoo upgrades cannot silently discard it.
Why This Module Exists
Both customisations previously existed as Odoo Studio edits. Studio's report editor does not create an inheriting view — it rewrites the core view in place. The September 2026 upgrade from Odoo 18 to Odoo 19 reinstalled the core Inventory app and overwrote those edits, so the signature lines and the warranty page disappeared from printed delivery slips with no error and no warning.
Restoring them as a module puts the customisation under version control and review, where the next upgrade will carry it forward instead of discarding it.
Configuration
None. Installing the module is enough — print any delivery from Inventory → Deliveries using Print → Delivery Slip. The warranty wording is maintained in the module source; contact Wagos to amend it.
