Enriches the statistics panel on the Time Off approval form so a manager sees, in one place: the employee's remaining balance per leave type (with the requested type highlighted), an over-allocation warning when a request would push a balance negative, the employee's last time off taken, and a team-coverage count of colleagues already off during the requested dates.
All balances reuse Odoo's own allocation engine, so the figures match the rest of the Time Off application.
